Conditions of Entry

1. Total prize value is $ 295.00

2. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in the final decision. The entries deemed correct by our judges will win..

3. Entries open the first day of each month. Entries close last mail on the last day of each month ie 30/06/06.

4. Only one entry per person per month is permitted.

5. The promoter is MPPi (Maxamising Practice Profits Institute).

6. Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.

7. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry

9. The winners will be notified within 5 working days of being drawn by electronic mail

10. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

11. Prize values are correct at the time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

12. If for any reasons this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion) the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

13. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of recipient into the Promoter's database. The promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information, either caused by website users or any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

14. The Promoter collects information about you to include you in the promotion and where appropriate to award prizes and may also use the information to assist it in contacting you, including by electronic communication methods (including email) in the future with special offers.
